ARTIST Ivan Morison is taking his wife on a round-the-world trip — paid for by Lotto cash.

The couple insist the yearlong jaunt is a serious project to study the lives of folk across the world.

But Tory MP Andrew Mitchell said yesterday: “People will react with disgust and anger to this flagrant waste of public money.”

Ivan and wife Heather are getting £6,000 from an organisation called Vivid, which is funded by Birmingham council and the Lottery-backed West Midlands Arts Board.
